"Super friendly, super helpful staff. Checked in easily and quickly after being delayed by half a day. Used the valet parking, that was a breeze too. Our room (200) was much bigger than expected, like a small apartment and had everything we need. They location is second to none and made exploring Santa Monica easy! We did not eat at restautant as all reservationa were full for the new year feativities but thats ok. we only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed.longer! "
