Shore Hotel

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1002)
"Great service and staff, especially Ramon, who was especially helpful and attentive. Great pool and hot tub and lovely rooms. The only issue was the construction - which was noisy. The noise and construction workers caused limited access to the pool area and made hanging around our room / pool area less than desirable during the day. "

Palihouse Santa Monica

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (612)
"Palihouse is a great way to experience Santa Monica. It’s just a couple blocks to Ocean Avenue and the Promenade and a doable walk to the Pier. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel and grounds exude 1920s charm. There is an elevator but if you are truly stair-challenged it may not be the best choice. For everyone else Palihouse Santa Monica offers an enjoyable and memorable experience."

Fairmont Miramar Hotel

5.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (1001)
"When I first checked in they upgraded me to a king suite in the far tower which seems older. The room was on the first floor right off the street. After one night I had to move the noise from cars and delivery trucks early in the morning was bad. They moved me to the main tower on an upper floor and all was good. Stay away from the other building. "

Casa Del Mar

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (867)
"We came for an anniversary get-a-way. It exceeded our expectations. They upgraded our room due to our status on Hotels.com. They offered us vouchers for beverages and food. The restaurant was fantastic. The food was amazing and the view of the ocean just made it even more spectacular. We also had an amazing view of the ocean from the pool area and were able to watch the gorgeous sunset from there. Bicycles were included for free in our stay and we enjoyed an early morning ride along the beach...
