"Second time in San Pedro and staying on the North side which is quiet but 20 minutes from town and most popular restaurants. You will need a golf cart to get around cause the roads are very remote and dark. Love the property and my room was very spacious for me (solo travel), customer as noted in the reviews are great too. The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of.
