"Resort lived up to its 4 star rating overall. Staff service was 5 star. It does sit near the Northern end of the developed area: pavement ends not far past the property gates. We expected better beaches, but that is not the scene in that part of Belize. The action leans towards snorkeling or dive and fishing. The wind was unusually strong and prevented any of those. But the resort itself was a fine place to hang, which we did. Also, Coco Beach does not try to extract every penny from their guests through nonsense fees. Chairs, towels, umbrellas all part of the room fee."

"It was clean with friendly staff. The pool area was small but nice with a good combination of sun and shade. Not too much beach but enough to sit around and enjoy the view. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Waling along the beach was great. A very busy area with lots of golf carts, but that cant really be avoided as its the main form of transportation "

"We stayed at Ramon’s for the first time from February 15-22nd, 2025. We cannot say enough great things about this beautiful resort and the people who work here. We stayed in the Honeymoon Cabana, the beds are sooo comfortable, the towels are soft and plush. The food at Pineapples was excellent (don’t leave without trying the stuffed shrimp) and everything in San Pedro is so close, it’s easy to walk to a great restaurant nearby! We finished our diving certification here at Ramon’s and the expertise of their dive team was excellent. Andy was our dive master and he was such a great teacher and also made us feel at ease and safe. Eldair was also great - 5 Stars to each of these dive masters!! The dives were amazing - lots of sharks! We also went snorkelling off the dock and saw a lot of fish living just under the dock - and a ray! It was so sad to leave Ramon’s…the best trip we’ve had yet. We will be back!"
