"I was in Unit 3 on the 2nd floor. No elevators in San Pedro so being able to walk up and down stairs is a necessity. I felt safe during the day and at night. I heard no street noise but did hear neighbors next door when they were talking loudly and the neighbors upstairs when it sounded like they were moving furniture around. But noise was really at a minimal. This site has a pool but did not use as it was a little cool. Would stay here again."

"Nice property quiet area and relaxing. Food at the restaurant was good. Seaweed on the beach was excessive and not cleaned up even though there was staff to do the job so difficult getting in and out of the water. Extremely expensive for transportation to leave the property "

"They were pumping sand onto a property next door. The generator running all day was a bit annoying. Otherwise, we had a fabulous experience. "

"The view is spectacular. The bed..... not. House cleaning is hit or miss. The grounds keepers were awesome. They helped us with coconuts every time we asked. They keep the property looking spectacular at all times. Security is top notch as well. "

"Nice place for sure. Way more space than my wife and I needed but oh well. The beds were nice with good sheets. We did our own cooking so it was nice to have quality cookware including nonstick pans for eggs. A view of the ocean side vs the lagoon side would have been nicer but we got the sunsets from this side so that was cool. Somebody even dropped off fresh pico and punch in our fridge the first day while we were out :). We were scuba diving most days we were there so it was nice to be picked...

"The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay we were getting the bands from a hurricane which cause some leaking in our roof, they immediately moved us and upgraded us. We will be back. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great. Highly recommend"

I highly recommend this place as it is very close to everything. It is located right on the water, steps away from downtown and main shopping center. "
