If I could give this place zero stars I would. For starters, no hot water no towels in the rooms, lots of mosquitoes in the rooms, toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The photos and the prices on the web site were also not correct. When we got there, they tried to charge us more for the golf carts and when we mention the website prices, the lady said those prices were for September, mind you it’s February. When speaking to management, they were not helpful at all. I paid extra for a deluxe balcony suite, and the door to the balcony did not open. Front desk just agreed that it did not open and offered no solution. None of the ladies there seem to be able to answer any questions in the manager was pushy. Overall, a terrible experience. I paid for three days and we left after one and went to a different hotel. The people leaving 10 out of 10 reviews are clearly liars because this was the worst hotel I’ve been to in Belize and I’ve been coming to Belize every year the last 30 years. my cousin‘s room was also dirty and they had ripped pillowcases and their refrigerator did not work. There was also stains on the sheet and they did not have hot water either. Management never made any attempt to fix any of these situations. The place is nothing like the photos online. I’ve stayed in all type of accommodations in Belize and I’ve never had any issues until now.
