"Do not stay at this property - we literally had carbon monoxide detectors go off, and found that the water heater was leaking gas into the apartment. We took pictures, videos. The venting hood of the water heater, which is INSIDE the apartment, had a bunch of holes in it, wasn't sealed in any way, just foil not covering the actual vent, and gas was pouring into the unit. When the tech arrived, they said the windows have to be open all the time, he put a new vent on, but the alarms went off as...

"Most importantly - great location! Tons of awesome restaurants, shops, stores nearby. Make sure to try a Taco Naco or Maizajo or Lardo which are all very walkable from this spot. Nice views out the window of the park. The apartment is clean and nice with a few notes. It was quite hot while we were there (temps were up to 90) and without AC we were quite warm.
