"The property is renovated and clean looking. However, they gave us run down towels and they didn’t clean the floors as expected. They were friendly but lacked communication skills regarding cleaning the rooms and using the washer/dryer. We liked the property and the area it is located in but the staff needed better costumer service and professionalism when treating tourists. "

"The open air living space was great for meals, movies and hanging out together. Having comfortable bedrooms on next floor with en-suite bathrooms was great. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and helpful. We loved the airiness and light. Traffic noise was only downside, but we accommodated to It.location is great - walked to numerous restaurants and parks. "

"We loved our stay at Capital Park condos. Awesome neighborhood, roof top amenities were great. Host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this stay."

"The apartment had a biting smell of mildew every day. When I complained and asked to be relocated, they ignored my requests. For 2 days of my stay I had no water. This was a very expensive apartment and it was my worst experience ever renting through VRBO. Don't stay here."

I think foreigners prefer white bed linen because it purposefully shows when they are not clean I would add a small box of tissue paper and a roll of paper towel Also we prefer white towels I convinced people would be willing to pay a few more dollars for these conveniences Perhaps locals don’t care about color of linen and towels The dish washer sponge smells, it would be better to cut those in half and toss after use Those are just suggestions I liked...
