"The first room we were given had mold on the wall and ceiling of the bedroom. The second room had poor wifi reception. Both had comfortable beds. We expected 'free breakfast' but it was only coffee, dry bread, and a few small pieces of fruit. The restaurant/reception area had good wifi but was really cold in the mornings. The location was good - only two blocks from the main central square complex."

"We really enjoyed staying at Casa Lum. It is in an excellent location right on one of the main “andadores” in San Cristobal. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were really friendly. They have a small terrace where you can see the sunrise or sunset of the city. The food in the restaurant was good, also if you want more variety there are many restaurants right outside the hotel. Shops, coffee shops, ATM and more places just 5-10 minutes walk away. You can walk to the some of the main places...

"Great location and friendly staff. This is my hotel of choise when I'm in San Cristobal. However, after arriving late, we inquiered about our welcome drinks (expedia benefits). We were shown some coupons and we asked whether we could use them the following day because it was late at night after a long trip. The person in the front desk said no. This lack of flexibility was a bit unwelcoming and not very service-oriented in my opinion. "
