"We loved that breakfast was included and it wasn’t continental style. There were quite a few options for breakfast and it was very filling. We also liked that there was a small bar. They also booked tours for us and offered to serve breakfast half hour earlier so we could eat before we were picked up. We would definitely stay here again and refer friends and family to this hotel. "

"Great location and friendly staff. This is my hotel of choise when I'm in San Cristobal. However, after arriving late, we inquiered about our welcome drinks (expedia benefits). We were shown some coupons and we asked whether we could use them the following day because it was late at night after a long trip. The person in the front desk said no. This lack of flexibility was a bit unwelcoming and not very service-oriented in my opinion. "

"The first room we were given had mold on the wall and ceiling of the bedroom. The second room had poor wifi reception. Both had comfortable beds. We expected 'free breakfast' but it was only coffee, dry bread, and a few small pieces of fruit. The restaurant/reception area had good wifi but was really cold in the mornings. The location was good - only two blocks from the main central square complex."

"They had a nice garden with parrot which was nice. That was about all the good. We got a room that was big but was cold, dark, humid and dirty the curtains had mold on them and the linens smelled. We asked for another room and the staff acomódate us and the room we got had windows so at least it was not dark nor humid. However it was still dirty the blankets were stained they were supposed to be white but were more yellow in some spots. The hotel and restaurant itself were actually nice but...
