Old school style in the heart of San Cristobal de Las Casas, very helping and friendly staff, ok breakfast. I would jut request a room away from the street because there is a bar right across the street and street sounds can be a bit loud.

Prior to visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas we were in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. The contrast between the two cities is stark. Posada Real is just a short walk from the zocalo as well as many dining and shopping options. The room we had was beautiful and very quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and hardworking people. We enjoyed the traditional Mexican setting. We are very upset and disappointment how local government shutdown the hotel in the order of hours left staff without a job. We appreciate the staff's effort under this situation to relocate quests to other hotels. Our thoughts and sympathy are with the hotel staff.

No elevator
The only problem I find was some Boucher they said they make for the food to eat the restaurant it was a little pricey, And the doors are not seal the noise on the hallways the doors need more sealed around so no noise going inn to your room, You can hear clearly what people are saying outside on the hallways, maybe more insulation. That’s all I got to say thank you 🙏

Todo está muy bien solamente tuve detalle con las toallas, ya que no había en el cuarto y cuando pedí solamente me llevaron 3, siendo 4 personas en la habitación. En el baño no tenían toallas para cara y tampoco para manos. La habitación está excelente ya que está alfombrada y evita el piso frío. Creo que es importante mencionar que el estacionamiento con el que cuentan es externo y está a 2 calles del hotel. Fuera de esos detalles mi estancia fue muy agradable y la disfruté. El personal muy amable en todo momento.
