"The hotel was excellent value for money, the room was spacious, the bed very large, the air con worked as did the Wi-Fi. The reception was open 24 hours and the restaurant stayed open until 23:00. The breakfast was very nice and there is also an Irish bar, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The bus stop into town was a few yards away and the Metro was only a 17 minute walk away. When I go back to Madrid, I will look to stay here again."

"Friendly multilingual staff were prompt at check in. Gave options and arranged transportation we needed to catch an early flight. not much to see around the hotel, however easy access to public transport."

"I found the check in process quick and easy there was a English speaking person which is handy even though I am learning Spanish I am not quite fluent yet and the buffet breakfast was awesome "
