"Good clean basic room for our overnight layover at Madrid. They put an extra bed in the room for our child which was appreciated. Had a few options for our child to watch cartoons in English after some digging in the menus. Convenient shuttle from the airport, just have to find the hotel shuttle pickup zone. "The hotel was barely two blocks from the Metro line. Very convenient to getting to the center of town or any place else we wanted. There is no longer an airport shuttle but it was a very quick, inexpensive Uber ride from the airport. We especially liked the breakfast buffet. What it lacked in variety it made up for in quality and quantity. The staff is always helpful."

"The hotel was fine and the clean. What i didn't like was we had the first bus to the airport and the restaurant wasn't open till 8:00 and the coffee service in the lobby ended at 7:00. This should be correct to service the early client. "
