"Overall our vacation was a 5, but this house is more like a 3. The property has great potential, but has not been maintained. The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. It was nice to have direct access to the beach, a short walk over the dunes for a day in the sand. However, the fence door was not secure and with a dog and small child, this was a concern. "The house was great! We loved the location. Only complaint is that there were a lot of ants through the house (especially some of the refrigerators). The drains in some of the rooms were clogged as well but other than those issues, it was a great house!"
