"Première soirée , il a eu un manque du service pour le restaurant 10 Vague On a demandé le menu repas et lui des boissons, Nous avons demander un pichet de bière et on l’a jamais reçu !!! Plusieurs machine de jeux au sous sol qui fonctionne mal ou juste pas ! Les jeux d’eau pour enfants manque entretien et de l’amour ! L’accès à hôtel est compliqué dû aux construction routière ( ce n’est pas de votre faute mais en tant que client j’aurais aimer être informé d’un raccourci …… !"

"Overall a nice place, polite staff clean room. On the down side the washroom was very small and heavy construction around the hotel. Also we were expected to pay for wifi which I found unusual. "

"We had a great stay here, the staff was friendly and helpful and prompt if we needed anything. Great location and didn't take long to get to our destinations. Loved the pool area, but wasn't expecting a cold water whirlpool, would have preferred it to be warm like the other one. Our room was big and very clean, very nice jet tub too! The hotel was very up to date except for the hallways, they need an update. Other than that, would highly recommend!"
