"I asked the hotel for an early check in and they were very attentive. Reception provided me with the type of room I requested for my stay. The nepresso machine did not work and they changed it promptly. Generally the service was excellent. I visited the Skyspa just 2 minutes walk away and enjoyed a nice massage. There are several big stores near by and restaurants. Conveniently placed, big rooms , spacious bathroom. As I travel often for work to QC , I will definitely visit this hotel again . Free outdoor and indoor parking. "
