"The stay was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable however, lacked some additional extras which would have made the stay more enjoyable, such as bath robes, slippers, toiletries and accessories for the bathroom. The ongoing strike at the property was also noticeable in common areas due to the grubby appearance in certain areas such as the elevators.
