"It was a great stay, the staff was great , my toilet wasnt working when i srrived and they fixed it right away . They offered free bottled water at the front and a simple breakfast . Amazing size rooms and no noise from other guest. Room had microwave and a mini fridge and smart tv and a huge fire place. Would recommend if visiting. "

It was an odd experience as I was told to go to Vallet to ask about parking and she gave me a whole speech but two men were talking so loudly beside me, I didn’t grasp everything so I said I’m sorry I missed that and her response was “do you have trouble listening.” I was so taken back, it was said very rudely, and I didn’t know how to react.
