"Great location as it's close to Old Quebec and easy to get to. The accommodations were comfortable and communications with the hosts was speedy. Having on site parking was a plus, just note that the space is tight, I had a honda civic but my passenger still had to get out of the car before I could park so that I would have room to get out. "

"Dave was a wonderful host. He meet us in front of his building. He took us upstairs and explained everyting we might need to know.The apartment was clean, open and nicely decorated. Going back downstairs and out on the street, he helped us with our luggage and offered us his parking spot. Dave showed up the next morning with a gift for our anniversary. Very nice place and a very nice man. His English was as good as his French. We would highly recommend this apartment."

"We came to enjoy Quebec City at St. John the Baptist Day. It's a good hike uphill to the Old City. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby on Rue St. Joseph. The prooerty doesn't include parking, but it is at a good location for driving out to see other sites, like Montmorency Falls. Dave is the friendliest host we've had on VRBO."
