"Our stay at the NH Collection Medellin Royal was good. The friendly staff, especially Marcos and Carlos hotel security, made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds had an extra firm (hard) mattress, so when we mentioned it to the front desk on the last night of our stay of a total of 7 days, they provided us with a Mattress Topper, improving the hardness of this a little and modern decor. We particularly loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the city's main attractions. The breakfast buffet has a limited variety of foods. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin."
