"This is a beautiful property! It is not too far from the airport, off of any main roads so there is almost no traffic noise, the staff makes breakfast for you when you wake up, not like a chain hotel where the hours are set and they don't care. The stay was so enjoyable that you may find yourself not wanting to leave. In two words, peaceful and comfortable. "Mi habitación la limpiaron una sola vez. Simplemente sacaron la basura y ya. Eso no es limpieza puse el letrero para q no volvieran a entrar. Para entrar al hotel hay que tocar un timbre. Siempre se esperaba bastante para que lograran abrir. La antencion en el desayuno estuvo muy pobre. No vuelvo. En el jugo y en el chocolate caliente se sentía que el agua no era filtrada."

"Amazing place if you are looking for quiet and relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Santa Elena is close to Medellin if you want to have a city experience. (45 min due to country roads) Hosts are very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious, tradicional, “paisa” style."

"This place was excellent!! Free gym, sauna AND turkish bath! I dont speak spanish but Stephanie (manager) and staff took care of me like family! And the restaurant food 😍‼️ I cant wait to go back!!"

"It said it was a vrbo property,paid for it.got cancelled and price was 500 dollars instead of 126 paid,charged by the owner of the placed,i never stayed there,that is falsed advertising,,and you can get sued"

"The front desk guy was very unprofessional. I'll just leave it at that. READ THE ROOM DETAILS. Some room types have shared bathrooms and some are shared. Has more of a dorm or hostel feel to place. Noisy on the halls and thin walls between guests. Can hear everything from foot steps to convos to sex from everyone especially when people are in shared spaces like hallway or guest lounges. Only positive is location. "

"The appartments are really good. Good taste and with all the confort you need. cheap transportation via DIDI app. That you can download on site. When you get there you will realize how good they are once you are inside. The area is close to a very nice neighborhood although the building is 30 yards from that area inside a working class neighborhood. Don't get discouraged,I had a really really good experience. "Great Stay. Top cleanliness. The only negative thing I can say about the property is that it only has one elevator and it is very slow. Also the guests have to share the elevator with the employees. But overall is a great stay."

Charming, old-school luxury hotel.

"My wife and I stayed at the Hotel du Parc (Classic room) for three nights in November 2024. We absolutely love this charming hotel that is in a great location and has so much character. The room was large and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choices made from fresh ingredients. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Two small issues; the internet connection through the Wi-Fi was not great, and the very large refrigerator in the room was noisy – management should consider replacing it with a smaller, quieter model. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely come back. "
