"This was the worst experience I ever had booking a vacation. I booked the reservation in early August. Constantly tried to communicate with the host for couple of months and didn't get any response. Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group. The host was unresponsive from the beginning, leaving me feeling uncertain and uneasy about my upcoming stay. Despite my attempts to reach out, there was no communication whatsoever. "This is one of the nicer places to stay in Medellin. Our accommodations were comfortable and it was easy to get around town from this location. The rooftop bar, Ze View, was amazing. Really enjoyed the cocktails and appetizers. Also, the buffet breakfast is very good with excellent service from the wait staff. My only negatives (and keeping me from giving this a 5 star) is that we reported a problem with our bathroom sink where water would spray everywhere when the faucet was turned on....
