"Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay! "

"Fully booked and great value for the price charged. Not a 5 star hotel but for the price it is extremely great. Free breakfast and dinner has tiny portions but great flavours. Introduced me to my new favourite condiments. I am a healthy eater so salad and vegetables were all you can eat and pleantiful. The only thing I did not like was all vegetables were cold but I simply soaked them in hot water I. The bowl and drained it a few times. Seating is tight but works. If you are picky you will...

"If you don’t mind taking the train a lot then it’s not a bad location but it’s right next to the line so it’s hard to sleep early or sleep in. You can hear it from your room. "

"Walking distance from Umeda station. If you are planning on visiting USJ and dotonbori, it is placed right in the middle so it is convenient. Staff are friendly and the onsen on the third floor is very nice"
