I personally enjoy the access method they have to the hotel since all you need is the code but I did notice quite a few people in the lobby struggling. Also didn't enjoy how open the locker room was especially since it wasn't really a locker room but a storage closet where everyone with the entrance code could come in and access other people's luggage.
