"The hotel is very nice overall. There is a shuttle from the airport with a round trip at £12. Cheaper than a taxi. The lobby, restaurant, bar area, and lounge are fairly chic. Makes you feel luxurious even if you’re travelling for business. Most importantly, the room was immaculately clean and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Slept soundly. It was a bit cold temperature-wise, even with the heat on—but turning the heat off, actually raised the temperature by several degrees—just by keeping the lights on for a couple of hours. The staff was not very friendly— a bit snobbish, really, but they did what was needed. Plenty of restaurants to order from around there—a good thing, because the menu is expensive and limited."

"We really enjoyed Riu Plaza London hotel. It is a newer development, built just in 2023, very clean and trendy. Offers nice rooms with comfortable beds, necessary room amenities, cleanest bathrooms. We loved that besides elevators, we could use an open staircase by the windows. Great breakfast with tremendous variety of choices for any taste. Very much worth it! Recommend!"
