"Very clean property, the front desk person seemed a little strange but othet than that perfect hotel and pool and hot tub area were great. "

"I rented the 2 bedroom suit for over a week and it was an overall satisfying experience! House keeping wasn't arranged/ communicated properly to be done every day or at certain times and there were no amenities other than the pool area with Jacuzzi, sauna, and the very small gym! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and met most of our requests (sometimes we needed to ask more than once but it worked!!) and they changed an entire air conditioning unit that wasn't working for a new one in one of my bedrooms during our stay which was quite impressive so shoutout to their maintenance guy! Overall our stay did meet my expectations for what it was and I did enjoy making Hyatt house my home for over a week."
