"We stayed in the newer units to be southern end of the complex. Room was mostly clean, but previous guests have damaged some soft furnishings and paintwork - not detrimental t our trip but once noticed hard not to… this accommodation s away from the traditional hotel precinct of Rotorua BUT this a a good thing if you have hired a car - and the Skulne gondola and other attractions are a relatively short walk away. We’d stay again next time we are in NZ!"

"We received a warm welcome from Jason upon arrival who was friendly and provided useful information. We had booked a Superior Lake View room which was on the 3rd floor. The hotel is currently undergoing a refit but unfortunately our room had not yet received a rejuvenation and was quite dated, tired and definitely not superior.
