"Fantastic staff service from the moment we arrived which was consistent amongst every member of staff in the building. Great as a family of 5 to have a room that we can all stay in together. Favourite part for us was the gluten free options at breakfast and dinner for our coeliac daughter. Made her feel completely included in everything we did. "

"The team at the Malmaison in Leeds are amazing. The bar team welcomed me and my little dog as if we were coming home and looked after us so well after a long day in the office. Small but lovely clean room was kitted out with a dog bed, bowls and treats. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Leeds on business. The other guests were all lovely as well!
