"The property was a little confusing with the centralized front desk serving as the one-stop shop for all guests. Staff was noticeably upset or distraught when asked for assistance. (might be because all the guests are forced to the front desk for anything and everything) The room was EXTREMELY tight if you did not get the kitchenette. Outdoor hot tub was a plus, but you CAN’T see any mountains or views (seems hidden away). Breakfast lounge was very bland, but nice to have access for a morning...
