The property needs to upgrade the rooms. Rooms are outdated. Carpet is dirty. The bed is too soft. It appears the bed has been used for too long and has not replaced with new bed"

"The front desk staff (Krishell and Eric) were absolutely fabulous. They were super friendly, very helpful and cheerful. They went above and beyond to help us out in a rather stressful situation (evacuating from the mudslides). Also, the woman working in the breakfast room was lovely - very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"I like the place though its busy thoroughfare. The staff is very friendly and very understable when he heard that were displaced family from wildfire. offered a better opportunity if able to extend our stay. though location from work is difficult because the travel time. overall a good place to stay. Thank you"

Comfortable Stay Close to Disney

"We love to stay here for our Disneyland trips. It is so convenient to walk to and from the park. Only takes about 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to Disney security. In the warmer months we have enjoyed the pool. Lots of pool activities for kids and adults of all ages to enjoy. There is a bar (or club?) upstairs, and the noise does reach the hotel rooms especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We don't usually mind because we're so tired from Disneyland that we sleep well anyways. If you're a light sleeper, just be prepared for some extra noise at night. Overall, this is a very comfortable stay that is closer to Disney than some of the Disney hotels. This is our go-to stay for our Disneyland trips and we will definitely return."
