"Best to call this place a HOSTEL, not a hotel of sorts. Bad neighborhood. Felt very unsafe. Not close to transportation or shopping and eateries district. You had to turn the room key in each time you left. Had to buzz in to get back into the unit. VERY OLD building. Staff was helpful and courteous, thou. "

"I has a lovely stay at Concha y Toro 33. The stay, for me, was only a one night/one day quick stop over in Santiago so I had limited time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful - they provided great recommendations for activities and sightseeing. When the lock on my door malfunctioned and I got locked out of my room they immediately rectified the problem! Would definitely stay again!"

"First of all, this is not a hotel or tourist apartments. It's residence apartment block, so you get no help from the front desk, no access to the gym and no access to the laundry room. We booked this place on the understanding we could use the the gym and laundry room, the website gave false information. When cooking in the kitchen, the power would cut out every 30 seconds, the people who own the apartment were unhelpful in fixing this. My advice would be not to bother and go somewhere else."
