"My adult (special needs) son and I came to Corpus Christi originally for a fishing expedition (which got canceled), but we still had a terrific time. The hotel was doing major construction renovations that my son absolutely was delighted with... the front loader, the dump truck, the cement mixer was right up his alley. The workers were very respectful and did not start work until after 8 in the morning - this place is going to be spectacular once all of the work is completed. The beach was so close - we parked our vehicle and walked to everything. The USS Lexington and the Aquarium are just outside your back door... We took our dog with us and the restaurants were so accommodating - we loved Fajitaville, Pier 99, and Blackbeard's. The beds were so comfortable at the end of a long day. Would definitely recommend! "
