We appreciated that the hotel was a very small walk towards the beach. The ocean view was also nice. The room could use a little updating and the bed was really squeaky but for the price we were satisfied with our stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things that could use a little improvement (hot water wasn't that warm, pressure was low, and there the floors inside the room felt sandy but then again it's right by the beach lol) but nothing major and we would definitely stay here again!

Some young folks may like this place. For 'wrinklies', 4 or more flights of outside stairs, no elevators or ramps and no working house phone in the room was a challenge that with the problems encountered during registration was a 'turn off'. The place is pictured with the colorful bar/restaurant in the ad. In reality, its plain and old. BUT, it offers free, self parking in the lot. That's a biggee! The colorful bar is nearby.
