"The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt."

In past years, I’ve stayed at other 4/5 Star hotels which I enjoyed but this is far the best! Just one concern - I would like to see a few more channels on TV. Thank you"
