"Apartment literally was steps from the London overground. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. "The property looked exactly like the listing. The art truly is a positive aspect of the flat. Someone has great (and fun) taste. The proximity to the Paddington station means whatever you want to do is extremely accessible. We arrived prior to check-in time (as most Americans do) and the cleaner of the property was kind enough to let us store our bags while we got a coffee. I recommend this property and would stay there again. "

"The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel."

"The location of the property is outstanding and the property manager was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. High marks there. The photos of the main living area and the main bedroom were accurate. Photos of the rest of the apartment, not so much. There is an area of mold about 30 inches by 5 inches (at the widest point) on an interior hallway wall. Paint was buckling and some plaster was on the floor. in the hallway and in the kitchen. "The flat was functional and good enough for our stay but definitely needs some attention. There was everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, bedding and towels etc but it definitely could have been cleaner. There are patches of damp particularly in the bathrooms and the en-suite shower was boiling hot. The upstairs room, where there are 2 sofa beds, was damp smelling and sparse. The location is perfect, not picturesque but right off the Main Street, 5 minutes walk from the castle and river."

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
