"I visited San Juan to see my daughter and wife couldn’t make it so I didn’t “go fancy”. The unit was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with a baseball field across the street. Parking was no problem. The patio outside the unit was perfect for coffee and the top floor was great later eve to chat with my daughter. You get more than your moneys worth at “Black and White”. "

"First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. "The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity. But since our place was on solar, we didn't have too much Of an issue. We did not like that the forth bedroom was separate from the house, but we made due."

"The property was clean and tidy. The toilet was a major issue. There are signs that you cannot flush any paper, including toilet paper. The imposition of this should be obvious. The shower also had very little warm water, usually less than a minute of warm water regardless of how long it runs."
