"I stayed at the Ciqala for 5 days it was a good hotel I had a suite room it was super spacious, the staff was great very helpful! The only thing i did not like was that there was only 1 elevator for all the guest to use which caused it to run extremely slow at times. "

"We stayed in their penthouse location, lot's of amazing views, we had access to 3 balconies, 2 were rooftop. Beds were comfortable, lot's of space to move around, there is NO ELEAVATOR, not a big deal from us, no couches in the living room or microwave in the kitchen, it had a built-in stove top and all the dishes and silverware. There is plenty of food options within walking distance along with a pharmacy and small Bodega, several food trucks and small local bars. You're 1.4 KM walk to Old San juan, just walk it or Taxi it as you WILL soend 30 min just looking for parking. You're also about 10 minutes from a local beach where you can rent chairs, and other beach equipment that's great for families or the typical beach goer. The staff is great at the counter checking in, and communicating if you have a concern or questions about things to do, Our 2nd time staying at this facility and we'll be going back."
