"We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. "The cottage was bright, clean and comfortable. It contained everything you could need and even some extra treats. The hosts were welcoming and I am sure they would have done anything to make the stay more comfortable. We visited the nearby quirky pub/ brewery which is in walking distance, and had a nice meal there too."
