"It's a fantastic, visually appealing boutique hotel where i re-upped for another three nights having already been there six. First rate service. It will be nice when the beautiful bar is again open. You're between a Four Seasons and Sofitel that charge five times the rate. And the neighborhood is beautiful and manageable on foot. "

"The property I reserved was not available. They switched me to another one that was on a very noisy street. The bad: I could hear the conversation/TV from the unit next door, difficult to sleep at night; sirens and traffic was difficult to live with; bathroom was dilapidated and with no racks to hang towels; shower leaked making a puddle in the bathroom floor (I called and texted but they never answered); bed linens were stained and torn; pillows were stained and torn; the only closet available...
