"Property is outdated hallways and stairs dirty, scary elevator, rooms are clean but you could hear everybody passing by, pool area looks very nice for kids we couldn’t enjoy it cause it was very cold, breakfast area clean, the hotel is very close to Disney springs,restaurants and premium outlets, car is a must have dintances are close if you have a car no walking at all. "

"Positives: We liked that this resort is very central to the parks. It’s very close to Universal but also not far from the Disney resorts. It’s also close to Walmart and dining. We like the big balcony and outside space. We used the walking trail frequently. We liked the communication through texts. My questions were promptly answered. It was pretty clean and comfortable. Late pool hours. I think most closed at 11pm. Negatives: Our #1 complaint was the ridiculous resort fee that was $30 a day!...

"Amazing resort. Everyone had a great time and the property is beautiful. The units are brand new, modern and clean. The customer service was exceptional. The kids (age 9 and 10) loved the heated pool with the large slide. Only critique is the 4 bedroom flat didn’t have a bathtub in any of the 3 bathrooms. Not an issue for my party but could be for others traveling with small children. "

"Hotel felt a bit dated, including the room. Mattresses could be updated. We had booked a room for a family of five, and as Bonvoy members we were automatically checked in and received an email that the room was ready for us. When checking in at 10:30 pm, there was no extra bed for the fifth person in the room. Nobody picked up on phone so had to go to reception. Very friendly staff. Took 30 minutes to get the extra bed. Kids very much enjoyed the extended pool area. "

Enjoyable getaway

"We enjoyed our stay, front desk was informative and friendly. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the comfort of our room. Only one small issue, no TV guide. We found the football game we wanted to watch but had to go through several channels to find it. Other than that no issues and would come back to stay."

" I recently visited Westgate for the first time during our holiday break, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment we arrived, it became clear this was going to be a memorable experience. The resort is incredibly convenient, located close to all the major attractions, which made our trips to nearby parks and entertainment spots so much easier. Whether you're planning to explore the area or just relax, the location is ideal. One of the highlights for me was the pool area. It was well-maintained, spacious, and a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The only thing I wish was included was the water park. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Westgate and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the amenities, and be close to all the fun things Orlando has to offer. I’m already looking forward to my next trip!"
