"What a fantastic property. We arrived on 5th October for a 19 day stay to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. Spent the weekend settling in with the plan to start the Disney adventure on the Monday. However a certain hurricane Milton was bearing down on us. The property manager who lives next door knocked on the door and gave us advice on how to prepare for our first experience of a hurricane. "we stayed here for a family vacation to all the parks. its within 15 to 20min. of anything you want to do. close to the Disney locations. there is all the amenities you need very close like groceries and eating out. we ate at a Brazilian restaurant that was awesome and recommend. it was only a 2 min. drive from house. everything was clean and the owner stays in touch so everything works out to the best. would stay again if we came back. "The property was lovely. Everything was as pictured. There were plenty of dishware and pots and pans. Although we opted to use disposable for the most part. The host communicated every step of the way. The only "con" I would say is that the house is pretty far from the club resort amenities. It was about 13 minutes walk which isn't terrible but in 90 degree weather with no shade and a bunch of kids it could be brutal, But we enjoyed the home so much it didn't matter. "
