"Good place to stay in the heart of very nice small town of Vilaflor. Really good value for money. There is a well-equipped guest kitchen. A supermarket is located next door, but has only small selection, and the same applies to the two other local supermarkets. "I booked a room at this hostel. I arrived 9pm at night. The hostel manager said they were fully booked so I had to look for alternative accommodation which was expensive. I requested a refund . Expedia had no reply from owner/manager after a few attempts at contacting the Guest house and so I was told I could not get my refund. If this sort of thing can happen then I will not use Expedia again. This is very unfair and unacceptable "
