The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help."

"The shower had the wrong wall bracket, so kept dropping off (room 8) The swimming pool was empty and looked likely had been for some time. The internet is unusable and only accessible in one area. Sound proofing between rooms not good. The staff were excellent and food ok; drinks very reasonable. If you want a break in the middle of nowhere, this is for you, the views of Mt Teide from the bedroom amazing."

"It's been a decent days at 4Dreams Hotel, only the bed and wasn't comfortable at all. Feels sometimes sleeping on the floor. Also the main picture about the hotel is not the same what actually the hotel is, Apart from that, i really like that, highly recommend it. "

Jesus was a loverly host ready to help and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We rented a car to reach the chalet and use it as a base to explore around and we will come back. "
