"While this hotel is affordable, it’s severely outdated and unkept. The hallways are very dark, the carpets are extremely dirty and stained, the room smelled musty or moldy at all times, there was moldy spots all over the shower, our sheets had holes in them and ants were all over the room. The location is convenient to the train which was a plus, but overall we would rather walk further to stay somewhere nicer and cleaner. "i like my room but for having almost a suite i wished a tv and couch would have been included. there was a giant missing section in the corner where clearly a couch used to be. "I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, preferring this to the overly touristy Sukhumvit area. The hotel is modern and clean, with good-sized rooms. The MRT subway is just steps away from the hotel, giving easy and quick access to the rest of the city. The staff throughout the hotel were great, always providing service with a smile. In the Executive Lounge, Aki and May stood out for their professionalism and assistance."
