Other Things to Note:
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.
- Guests will appreciate the new linens and kitchen equipment provided for their use. Please note there is a detached separate guest house on the property as well. Guests will not have access to the guest house unless expressly agreed upon in advance, for an additional fee. As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
