"We loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed and more as a family of five. We visited San Diego for the first time and hit the ground running to do all of the touristy things. The location was great - the drive in the morning to each place we visited was 15-35 minutes so nice and close! We learned to avoid the 3:00-5:00 rush hour on our way back to the house at the end of the day. This home provided a cozy and comfortable place for us to unwind, relax, refuel, and make core memories. The kids (ages 11, 9, 6) LOVED the pool (and all of the floaties!) and hot tub and were in it every morning and evening. They also enjoyed the putting green and we all enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. We paid for heating the pool spa the first few days (a colder stretch of 60 degree weather) and then just heated the spa the rest of the time and used solar to heat the pool. Well worth the extra cost to always have that to look forward to after a day on our feet. Patrick was great and prompt with answering my questions prior to booking, leading up to our trip, and after our arrival. Everything was a breeze and we appreciated the hospitality. We hope to make it back there someday and would highly recommend! "
