"Hotel was absolutely fine and good value for money. The wi-fi didn't work, which is painful if you're trying to work. It keeps dropping out. That's the second stay where the wi-fi didn't work. You can login, but it routinely drops out. "

"Got charged at check out , even though we had already paid in full when booked weeks ago. Thankfully the morning reception staff spotted this error and put a refund through. Great staff, great atmosphere within the bar area. Everyone so friendly including all the other guests. I think it’s a Northern thing to be so friendly. Hotel a little tired in places.
