"Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

"It’s a small space that the designer did a great job fitting everything. But the basics are covered: comfortable bed, good shower working stove and plenty of storage space. No AC which wasn’t an issue. I did use the space heater as the mornings were cold. I’d recommend replacing the one there with a quieter one. All together really good value."
