"This location is perfect - a short walk to Del Mar beach and parking! Two small things prevented me from giving it 5 stars. 1. Single ply toilet paper in every bathroom. 2. The garbage disposal/sink smelled bad. Neither is a deal breaker so we would stay there again (and maybe bring our own TP and a lemon for the disposal). "

"Condo was nice. It was clean. Very quiet space except when you could hear neighbors upstairs and doors creaking loudly. Location ok. It did rain quite a bit while there so did limit us on what we could do or walk to around us. Beach close but “downtown” Del Mar not. Way more driving needed than expected. It was also cold and heater inside didn’t really heat whole space. Just bedroom it was in. A bit of a musty sewer smell in bathroom when we arrived and either went away or got used to it. Place...

"Loved the property. The only negative was that there was no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. And a larger squeeze in the shower would be nice."
