"This place was so beautiful. The grounds, the interior, unbelievable for the price we paid. The staff was so accomodating. We booked one night, but when we got there decided to stay another night. I would highly recomend this to anyone. I was a wonderful choice. Thank you!"

The binder full of recommendations by the hosts became my bible for my short stay. The location was superb, walkable to most everything in downtown Encinitas including moonlight beach. "We had an good experience staying at this property. The property was very clean, exactly as described, and met our expectations. The neighborhood is walkable and is a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Jason provided a water bowl and a cushion for our dog, which was very thoughtful, and there is a small turf area for dog potty breaks. The owner was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for self-check-in and checkout, which made the process stress-free. I recommend this place...

"This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part!
