"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Jim was a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the planning phase all the way through our trip. He truly thought of everything, from beach chairs and snorkel gear to a fully stocked kitchen with every gadget you could possibly need.The house itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The beds were cozy, the fans kept everything breezy, and the bedroom A/C was a great touch. The views? Simply breathtaking.We especially loved the pool area—the loungers were perfect for an afternoon nap in the sun. But my favorite part of each day was enjoying breakfast on the balcony while watching the sunrise.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, well-equipped, and memorable getaway!"

"I somehow missed the part that the toilet was about 50 yards away from the container.I also missed the part that it was a “peekaboo shower“ in the outdoor kitchen area (40 yards away), with a view of the owners front porchBeing retired military, with several overseas visits, that was not a problem for me.My wife was a little bit more delicate and refused to use the shower "

"These are truly rustic cabins, but the property is magnificent, with easy access to the beach and hiking trails. Ask for one of the treehouses higher up the hill where the breeze is constant. Be aware that the electricity is out frequently. "

"Property what absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly as portrayed. David the host was exceptional. Ted and Lois, the owners, were on site and all 3 couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. If we go back to St Johns, we would definitely rent this house again. Wonderful views, perfect location!! "

"First, management team was amazing to work with, very responsive as our arrival had several delays that complicated check in. Leo met us at Coral Bay Triangle, which at first I thought was odd, but soon realized the necessity in navigating the steep roads to find the property. You will need a 4x4 and some courage to come and go. They even answered us later in the evening when we were unsure of our turnoff in the dark. The house had a very well stocked kitchen, and all of the beach gear really came in handy. The outdoor showers were lovely. Having two large outdoor spaces facing the sunrise, was so nice. The pool area, cute & inviting. But the views, even more amazing than the photos, and if they are the only reason you come, you won’t regret it. I would be remiss if I didn’t note that the home was not immaculately clean, the beds were not properly made when we arrived, and it could really use a little TLC. The master sink was very slow to drain, the dishwasher rack was broken (though still usable), door handles broken, some patio doors were not usable, paint of the screened porch was rusted and peeling. All that being said, this is a remote location and I’m sure that makes maintenance difficult. I wouldn’t let any of it stop me from coming back, it is still an excellent value. I only mention because as a property owner myself, I would want to know. This was one of our family’s all time favorite vacations and Waterlemon Villa made for the perfect base camp."

"We’re returning visitors to Ric & Lolita’s place. The location is close to multiple sand beaches for snorkeling and swimming. Beautiful hikes are also nearby. The views from the house are incredible, with several places to enjoy those wonderful views while dining. The structure of the house, with high ceilings keeps it nice and cool. We didn’t need the air conditioning while we were there in March. We star gazed at night on the large. flat area that has several different comfortable areas with chairs and pillows. The artwork is everywhere - we especially loved the hippos on the top. Getting to the house was easy with the concrete driveway allowing access in any weather conditions. Ric and Lolita are great hosts - informative, helpful and enjoyable."
