"Anchorage is a great spot on the far east side of the island. The unit is pictured and described as shown in the listing. The unit is very dated and needs some upgraded items, but we could tell this going in by the pictures etc. If you're looking for a decent condo to sleep and maybe cook a meal or two, this unit works nicely. If you're going for posh, this isn't your place. Again, it's priced well and we expected this, so I am not complaining at all. It just needs updating.Justin and his team communicated very well prior to check in and even check out. No complaints. We would stay here again for the price."

"Our stay at Cowpet Bay West had a really nice view and we found the rental great for 2 couples and a young teen. We have been to the island several times and usually stay in the east end near Redhook so that we have access to the food and shops, nice beaches and the Ferry/water taxis. Getting around the island you either cab it or get a vehicle but remember if you drive you are on the opposite side of the road from the USA and the normal side of the car. We rented the Durango which was helpful as we typically get provisions like food, drinks and any other household items we may have forgotten at Cost.u.less (less than 10 mins away) which is more or less equivalent to island Costco. Walking down to the pool/beach area at Cowpet bay isn't too bad and you are there in a couple of minutes with plenty spots for sun or shade and you have 3 options for food and drinks:1. Beach bar by the pool for drinks. 2. Caribbean Fish Market, which we loved. A little more expensive dining but amazing food and drinks. 3. Sangria's Beachside Bistro. You can get drinks, have some breakfast, lunch/dinner and then pizza's from 6-8pm. The walk back to the rental is a little steep and you may get a bit winded if you had some adult beverages or are out of shape but it was doable for us and we are of average fitness levels. Overall the accommodations were nice and clean and the owner had great communication and the property manager was responsive and we would rent there again. "

"John was very responsive and helpful and when we arrived, Tanji was also very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had plenty of towels for showering and the beach. There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper which was nice because things are expensive on the island. There was enough cookware and some spices. The walk to the beach was only about 2 minutes but it's a very steep walk. The beach is beautiful. We were able to snorkel right from the beach and see stingray, starfish and more. The beach restaurant and pool bar were great during the day and Caribbean Fish Market(also right on the beach) was fantastic. This property is very close to Red Hook where there are a lot of restaurants. This property is elevated on a mountain and driving can be scary! Overall, we loved our stay. "

"we began our trip on the "natural" end of St John's at an "eco-resort". One of those environmentally friendly shower with rain water, climb 30 flights of stairs to a treehouse kind of place. It was cool but after 3-4 days I'd had enough of the communing with nature. I needed creature comforts and wandered around to get a good internet signal and found this place on St Thomas. We booked it and then paid a local guy named Mango to drive us off the mountain and to the ferry. I rode in the back of his truck with the bags. Our host, Diane, reached out prior to our arrival ensuring we had proper directions. GPS and St Thomas don't exactly coincide as smoothly as you might hope but she was ready for such an eventuality. The place was clean, nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, updated appliances and plenty of towels, linens etc. As a host, she also goes the extra mile and provides coffee, a few snacks, bathroom accessories and makes herself available should you have any questions and I mean "any" questions. We were tired when we arrived and I half jokingly asked for a pizza delivery recommendation and she replied in minutes with the place to call and the info they would need to get the pizza to us. (Addresses in St Thomas don't exactly work the way you might think...they needed to be told "right at light past the food center then 5th house on the right etc"). All in all, Diane and her 1 bedroom place, made our stay in the USVI quite comfortable. We will return"

"Amazing customer service. Was in a pinch for a cancelled flight and accommodated is at the last minute. Was only there for 7 hours, wish I had more time. Neat little boutique hotel. Recommend "

"This home is amazing, we felt like we spent a week living like the rich and famous! From the teenagers to the grandparent, it was everyone’s favorite vacation yet. No complaints, the house, pool, driveway and yard were clean and well kept. The view was stunning. The property managers were great and easy to get ahold of. They responded immediately when we had issues getting hot water in a shower and strong enough AC in the main floor bedroom. We could walk 5 minutes to two different beaches, Turquoise Bay for swimming and Muller Bay for snorkeling. We were a 3 minute drive from Secret Harbor where there is swimming, snorkeling and a good beachside restaurant. We were a 5 minute drive from Red Hook where you could eat, grocery shop, catch the ferry to the amazing beaches on St John (swam with turtles at Maho Bay and enjoyed the soft sand and crashing waves of Hawksnest Beach and floated and swam all day and did the best snorkeling and beach walking at the famed Trunk Bay-don’t take your car over, parking is extremely hard to come by, take the people ferry and hop effortlessly onto the open air buses at the ferry terminal - restaurants at Maho and Trunk are both great. No need to pack food or drinks - bar at Trunk has amazing frozen fruit and rum drinks). Went twice to our fav beach on St Thomas, Sapphire Beach, a 10 minute drive with free parking, beachside restaurant and bar and volleyball. You cannot go wrong with this house, I so miss my morning Pilates view, hope to return!"

"Myself, husband and 6 boys absolutely loved the place. Secret harbour beach is right around the corner and our favorite beach by far, we went every day. House had everything we needed and theres plenty of romm for all of us. Deck has a beautiful view as well. Would definitely stay here again!everyone.haandeveryone's "

"Our family of four lived our stay! Perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, beautiful view from the condo, and restaurants in the complex. We rented a jeep and explored the island and St. John. We all loved our trip! I loved the location of the condo and it was very spacious. We enjoyed the coolers and beach chairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone."
