"First, the views are amazing. Rising with sun or laying down at night is a complete sensory experience when you are outside. The roosters crowing in the morning or the frogs singing to the moon complement what is perfect tropical island vista. The inside of the house is comfortable, clean, and has all the household items you need when traveling this far away. The laundry machines helped make sure the family could pack light. Gated entrance completes the feel of returning to an oasis. Family is already asking when we can go back to Casa YaYa!"

"It was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the main land. It was clean and quiet. The outside area was amazing. The outdoor pool area lighting was great, but pop the lights off for a few minutes to really take in the gorgeous night sky without the light pollution we have become accustomed to. It is breathtaking. "

"I selfishly don't even want the world to know about this place! It was truly perfect in every way. The property is very well thought out with the lower level (private) 2nd bedroom if you travel with another couple, infinity pool, deck with the BEST views of Coral Bay and ocean breeze......and an outdoor shower. Kitchen had everything we needed! Very clean (I'm overboard on this) and big thank you for not using smelly cleaning products - we both have allergies to scents and we both felt great. We were also able to get a workout with the adjustable dumbbells downstairs while looking over the bay. On a Whim checked all the boxes for us and it was SO hard to leave. I want to sit on this porch every morning for the rest of my life with coffee in one hand - it was that perfect. These owners have created a little slice of Heaven - so thankful they shared it with us."

"We had fantastic time at the property and are very glad we stayed with Kimberley. The property is as described and we had everything we needed. The kitchen and living are at the upper floor connected to the patio and the pool. The views from the upper floor are absolutely fabulous. One cannot get enough. We took dozen of pictures from the patio: sunrise, day, sunset and night views. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing was missing. There are also some basic “supplies” available: salt, spices, etc. It has a standard (large) fridge with freezer. The living room is very pleasant and cozy. We used the bbq regularly. Two bedrooms on the lower floor are equipped with AC, one is smallish, the other of generous size. We did not mind much since we did not spend much time there. You mostly live outside. Small garden around the house is nice. We very much appreciated that Kim provided us with beach chairs and coolers. There is a small grocery store at the foot of the hill on the way to the property. It looks shabby at first glance but learned to like it. In previous reviews guests mentioned the approach to the house. I dismissed them as “those city drivers”. I apologize guys, you were right, it is quite a rough, gravel and rock, drive. It is manageable, but one definitely needs an off-road car. Kim is a great host, she responded to our request promptly and was very helpful throughout the stay. Thanks a mil."

"The villa was even better than the pictures and description. The house is open and clean. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host communication was excellent. The pool was an absolute dream and the views were astounding. Having one bedroom on each story made for great privacy for two couples. Solid WiFi and great AC. The road to the house is rough, but no problem with a jeep. We loved the central location, as it was easy to hit a beach on any direction We felt like we were living in the lap of luxury on sapphire peak."
